Membership Renewal and Cancellation

Membership fees are non-refundable. You may select either annual, quarterly or monthly membership subscriptions. Quarterly and Monthly subscriptions with automatically bill at the frequency selected at the time of signup. You will receive an invoice via email when your credit card being charged for the membership fee. All cancellations must be made five (5) business days prior to the charge date of your next billing cycle to take effect before your card is charged.

Members who select the discounted yearly plan will be contacted prior to the renewal date to confirm renewal and billing information. Yearly memberships will not be automatically charged to your credit card until you confirm this information.

Rating and Testimonial Policy

Users who employ the services of GutterNet.com subscription members will be encouraged to submit ratings and testimonials of the contractor's performance.

GutterNet.com does not verify the authenticity of each rating and testimonial before publishing it to the site, but does collect contact information from the submitters in an attempt to reduce fraudulent testimonials. Users shoudl be careful to only post accurate statements abou their experience with the contractor, as slander laws are designed to protect people/companys from testimonial misuse.

Members will receive a copy of each rating and testimonial that is submitted and will have the right to add their own comments to any review posted about them.

GutterNet.com will not edit testimonials in any way other than to correct spelling mistakes and blatant grammatical errors. GutterNet.com reserves the right to remove testimonials that include foul or vulgar language. Notwithstanding, GutterNet.com reserves the right to add, change or remove testimonials at any time. GutterNet.com is not responsible for the contents of testimonials posted to any member's profile.

Privacy Policy for Members

GutterNet.com is committed to protecting your privacy. Member data collected is for the purpose of matching users with contractors. We will not sell, trade or rent your personal information to a third party without your permission. WE may send you offers thourgh email or otherwise which we deem relevant to your specific trade(s).

In the course of your GutterNet.com Membership, you expressly consent to being contacted by us in order to provide the services set forth on our site, to service your account, to address matters pertaining to your account, or for other purposes related to our business.

GutterNet.com does not control the privacy policy of third parties who batch or transfer information to our service. A third party may have a privacy policy that is different from that of GutterNet.com. In these instances, data that you submit to our service via a thrid party may be shared by that party.

GutterNet.com may provide marketing statistics to reputable third parties without disclosing contact information or personally identifying information. GutterNet.com collects information through the use of cookies to determine the effectiveness of our site and to enhance your experience with us.

AS A MEMBER OF GUTTERNET.COM, YOU AGREE TO RELEASE GUTTERNET.COM (AND OUR OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, AFFILIATES, EMPLOYEES AND AGENTS) AND ANY OTHER PERSON, FIRM, OR ENTITY FROM ANY LIABILITY, DAMAGES OR CLAIMS (INCLUDING CONSEQUENTIAL AND INCIDENTAL DAMAGES) OF EVERY KIND OR NATURE, SUSPECTED AND UNSUSPECTED, KNOWN AND UNKNOWN, AND DISCLOSED OR UNDISCLOSED, IN ANY WAY CONNECTED WITH YOUR DEALINGS WITH ANY ENTITIES (HOMEOWNERS OR OTHER CONTRACTORS OR OTHER PARTIES).
